DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of date of delivery if the item received is damaged or defective. If the item purchased is not as described or defective, we will send another unit or refund the customer. Please contact us with photos and details of the product and the defect. The customer is responsible for the shipping on returned goods.
If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment.
CAN I PAY ON DELIVERY?
We offer payment on delivery for only Lagos, Portharcourt and Abuja. Other cities, you have to make payment before delivery.
